Senior Multimedia Designer

Seeking a full-time Senior Multimedia Designer, this role focuses on leading the creative development and visual execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the brand's visual identity. Key responsibilities Lead the creative development and execution of enterprise-level marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media Establish and maintain design governance processes, ensuring adherence to brand standards and quality control Mentor junior designers and provide strategic creative counsel to senior marketing leaders to align visual solutions with brand strategy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 8+ years of progressive professional design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion graphics and UX/UI tools is highly desirable Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced conceptual and design thinking skills Proven experience managing high-profile creative initiatives and advising senior leadership
