Customer Service Accounts Specialist

Job Description

We need an awesome person to join our little print shop family... Eagle Printing and Sign is hiring a Customer Service Accounts Specialist. Successful candidates will join a quality conscious team dedicated to friendly and personal service. Full time, benefits, paid holidays, no weekends, and paid vacations. Salary is dependent on qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers and production supporting print projects from concept to completion
Break down job jackets after job completion and print/email invoices
File completed job away
Assist with front counter responsibilities
Receive payment from customers
Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Ability to build rapport with customers
Thrive in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment
Willingness to the learn the print world
