Director of Alliance Management
Serving as a strategic liaison to optimize external partnerships in biopharma R&D. Responsibilities include overseeing industry and academic alliances, facilitating stakeholder communication, coordinating cross-functional activities across research, clinical, regulatory, and business teams, and managing contractual and risk mitigation aspects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in biotech/pharma, with at least 5 years in alliance management or business development; experience managing cross-border licensing transactions; strong understanding of drug development, clinical trials, regulatory landscapes, and partnership dynamics.
Preferred
Advanced degree (Ph.D., MBA, M.S.), oncology R&D experience.
High-Value
Focus on oncology, clinical-stage collaborations, contract negotiation, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, global alliance oversight.
Work Setup
Based at Redwood City, CA; salary $211K–$264K with comprehensive rewards; remote or onsite options may vary.
