CASAC-T: Transitional Housing Counselor — Bronx

Mitchell Martin Inc. seeks a compassionate CASAC-T to join its 24-Hour Transitional Housing Program in the Bronx. You will provide substance use counseling, recovery support, and care coordination to adults transitioning from homelessness or other treatment settings. This role is onsite with a Monday–Saturday schedule and a strong multidisciplinary team. You will help residents develop skills, supports, and connections to achieve long-term recovery and successful transitions to permanent #J-18808-Ljbffr Mitchell Martin Inc.
