This includes the following businesses HBF, Clayton Supply, Clayton Transportation and Clayton Properties Group. **Duties / Responsibilities:*** Balancing invoices and transactions* Editing invoices* Reconciling invoices and invoice groups* Data entry* Other duties as assigned**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* Candidates should be able to process a large volume of paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.* Successful candidate should be quality-minded, detail-oriented, have computer experience, be 10-key fluent, well organized, and have a positive and professional attitude.* Excellent communication skills are necessary – candidate must be able to communicate with plant team members and vendors in a professional and helpful manner.* Must be flexible team player.* Handle stress with composure.* The candidate must also work with a high level of confidentiality.* Accounts payable, Oracle and Global software knowledge a plus.* A working knowledge of Microsoft applications (specifically Excel) and some accounting experience is useful.Why Clayton?Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
