Make an impact this school year by supporting students’ communication growth in a vibrant middle school setting. This full-time, on-site contract opportunity is ideal for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) who enjoys collaborating with educators and guiding middle schoolers (grades 6–8) to achieve their best. The assignment runs from as soon as possible through May 24, 2027, at a single campus in the Winter Springs area.

Work closely with a dedicated team while focusing your skills on one school and grade range, offering consistency for your students and a balanced workload for yourself. Caseload specifics will be confirmed with the coordinator, helping ensure the right fit.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a related discipline.
• FL State License for Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC).
• Successful completion of district background check, fingerprinting, and required onboarding forms.
• Prior experience in a school-based setting serving grades 6–8 highly preferred.
• Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative team spirit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders for middle school students.
• Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans in partnership with teachers and families.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and progress tracking.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and school multidisciplinary teams.
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that motivates and supports students’ growth.
