A forward-focused middle school is urgently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support learners in grades 6–8. This full-time, on-site position promises both professional growth and the chance to change lives throughout the academic year.

Ideal candidates will bring their expertise and passion for helping students thrive, working with a manageable caseload of approximately 60–65 students. You’ll engage in individualized assessments, develop targeted treatment plans, collaborate closely with teams, and foster communication skills crucial for student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida State License (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a closely related field
• Previous experience providing school-based SLP services, preferably in a middle school setting
• Comfortable working independently on-site and navigating school environments
• Ability to promptly complete district background check, fingerprinting, and credentialing requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans
• Maintain compliance with IEP goals and documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student growth
• Provide direct services and consultation for a single, well-organized school
