Step into a dynamic educational setting and support middle school students as a school-based Speech Language Pathologist. This full-time, on-site contract opportunity runs from ASAP through late May, and offers you the chance to work with grades 6–8 in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a closely related field
• Active Florida State License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) through ASHA
• Experience providing school-based speech therapy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to complete district-specific fingerprinting, background checks, and credentialing promptly

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to students in grades 6–8
• Assess and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district procedures
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative goal-setting
• Act as a positive resource for educational staff and families
