Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure project compliance
- Oversee subcontractor performance and jobsite progress
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits and project meetings
- 5+ years experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Proficiency with project management software (Plangrid preferred)
- Must be proficient with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, Adobe
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with tenant improvements, retail, office, or industrial projects
