Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments for clients, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide therapeutic services, which include both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based strategies and interventions to facilitate healing.

• Assist clients in acquiring coping skills, problem-solving techniques, and stress reduction strategies to foster emotional resilience.

• Consult with multidisciplinary team members as necessary to ensure holistic care and coordinate treatment efforts.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions, workshops, and seminars to remain updated on industry advancements and best practices.

This role focuses on serving a diverse client base, including individuals facing relationship challenges, children and adolescents dealing with behavioral issues, and families navigating complex dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing clinical therapy services is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
