Job Description Benefits Manager demonstrates strong consulting skills and deep plan knowledge (including regulatory compliance). The BSM is also the main contact point for our managers with respect to ongoing requirements definition, projects and service delivery. The BSM is responsible for the organization’s employee satisfaction with the benefits offering and integration with the system development team for Health and Welfare.
