Recruitment Manager

This is a unique player-coach opportunity for a high-performing recruiter who is passionate about leadership and development but still enjoys being in the action. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and leading a team of education recruiters while maintaining your own full-cycle recruiting desk. You'll help establish the recruiting culture, train new team members, drive performance, and contribute directly to the division's growth. As the team matures, your responsibilities will evolve from primarily individual production to increased leadership and team management.
