Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing independent insurance agency. Compensation Package Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience) Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will: Manage a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts, including contractors, homeowners associations (HOAs), and small to middle-market commercial risks. Conduct policy reviews and address client coverage questions. Process endorsements, policy changes, and renewals. Remarket accounts when necessary to ensure optimal coverage and pricing. Collaborate with insurance carriers on underwriting, billing, and policy servicing matters. Assist with quoting and issuing policies for new business opportunities. Maintain accurate client and policy records within the agency management system. Provide proactive and responsive customer service throughout the policy lifecycle. Qualifications/Requirements Required: Active Property & Casualty License. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proven ability to independently manage accounts and client relationships.
