Brand Engagement Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and personable Brand Engagement Specialist to support live marketing campaigns, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives throughout New York.

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers and event attendees to bring brand campaigns to life. You’ll provide product and service information, communicate key campaign messaging, answer questions, and help create positive interactions between customers and the brands we support.

The Brand Engagement Specialist will also assist with the organization and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, community initiatives, and other customer-facing marketing activities.

What You’ll Do

• Support brand engagement initiatives at live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations
• Interact with customers and event attendees in a professional and approachable manner
• Communicate brand messaging and provide accurate product or service information
• Answer questions and help customers better understand current offerings
• Assist with product demonstrations and campaign presentations
• Support customer engagement activities throughout each event or campaign
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the marketing team
• Assist with event setup, displays, signage, promotional materials, and breakdown
• Maintain organized and professional campaign spaces
• Help coordinate promotional materials and event inventory
• Track customer interactions, campaign activity, and event results
• Work closely with marketing and event team members to ensure campaigns run smoothly
• Maintain consistent brand standards across customer-facing interactions
