School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs). Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group formats. Work closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student goals. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations. Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary discussions. Advocate for students' speech and language needs within the school environment. Qualifications And Skills Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one. Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish/English). Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered therapy.
