¿Quiénes somos?
En Able Sales, líder en la manufactura y distribución de azúcar en Puerto Rico, nos enorgullece liderar nuestra marca principal "Dulce Caña".
¿Qué buscamos?
¿Eres esa persona organizada que todo lo tiene bajo control, con chispa para las relaciones interpersonales y ojo creativo? Buscamos un(a) Asistente de Recursos Humanos que se convierta en pieza clave de nuestro equipo — desde encontrar el próximo gran talento, asistir en la coordinación y creación de actividades, hasta contar la historia de nuestra empresa puertas adentro.
Tu día a día:
- Liderar el proceso de reclutamiento.
- Ser la mano derecha de RRHH en el día a día administrativo.
- Crear el contenido que ve nuestra gente: boletines, redes sociales, web, y esas actividades que hacen que trabajar aquí se sienta diferente.
- Coordinar agendas, eventos, y hasta nuestra tiendita interna de empleados.
- Crear, organizar y mantener expedientes físicos y digitales, incluyendo documentación confidencial.
- Apoyar en la coordinación de actividades mensuales de los departamentos de operaciones.
✅ Lo que traes:
- Experiencia en reclutamiento y funciones administrativas.
- Manejo de redes sociales y Canva (u otras herramientas de diseño).
- Dominio de Microsoft Office.
- Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas, Comunicaciones o área afín.
- Energía, proactividad y ganas de que las cosas pasen.
