Job Summary
At Lingo were building a groundbreaking health platform that combines continuous biosensor data real-time analytics and personalized insights to help people live fuller longer and healthier lives. Our systems ingest millions of sensor readings daily powering experiences for consumers and partners worldwide with the reliability and scalability of cloud-native enterprise-grade platforms. We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Analyst to lead the Affiliate Marketing program for Lingo. This is a contract role based in Alameda CA and plays a critical role in scaling Lingos Affiliate marketing partnerships and influencer programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert and act as a close partner and resource to our internal teams to deepen market penetration of our OTC CMG Lingo.
- Manage the affiliate budget including forecasting and opportunity sizing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the BI team to understand the incrementality of Affiliate channels and adapt strategy to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies focused on Cost-Per-Action (CPA) and revenue share campaigns to achieve new user acquisition and revenue goals.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with affiliate partners ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI increase conversions and minimize fraud.
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and drive continuous optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product management brand marketing PR and finance to align affiliate marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in affiliate marketing and digital advertising.
Required Experience
- 4 years of experience leading partnership/affiliate marketing programs.
- Prior experience with Junction platform required.
- Proven experience onboarding and managing partnerships.
- Proven track record of building a business and operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
- Proficiency in utilizing Impact and CJ for affiliate network management and knowledge of managed networks.
- Ability to clearly articulate strategy and then execute.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset a focus on possibilities and not obstacles.
