Work Environment

• The work setting is primarily remote, allowing you to operate from the comfort of your home while connected to a supportive team environment.
• As an outpatient office, your role will involve appointments with clients via telehealth or office visits when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Document clinical sessions accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to provide comprehensive support for clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with advancements in mental health care.
• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships, delivering care with empathy and respect to foster trust and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling services, preferably in clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of ethical practices and legal regulations pertinent to the counseling profession.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, working cohesively with healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible client outcomes.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and other relevant software platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in trauma therapy, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
