Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain a robust caseload with a minimum of 27 client sessions per week for full-time employees, ensuring thorough documentation is completed post-session in adherence to company protocols.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular clinical staff meetings and trainings to enhance service delivery and contribute to team culture.
\n
• Utilize innovative therapeutic approaches and interventions to facilitate clients’ achievement of personal goals and promote emotional growth.
\n
• Coordinate care and services with various stakeholders, including case managers, families, educators, and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive support for each client.
\n
• Prepare and maintain accurate, up-to-date session documentation, including thorough clinical notes, assessments, and treatment reviews, in compliance with agency standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Washington is a must.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment planning, and case notes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
\n
• Ability to manage time efficiently and submit documentation in a timely manner.
\n
• Proficient in maintaining appropriate client boundaries while fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Strong technological skills, particularly with Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is an advantage).

• Must successfully pass a background screening prior to employment.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth and in-person formats.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and integration of creative interventions in therapy sessions.

• Past involvement in community outreach or program development is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. We offer a competitive benefits package, including:
