Accounting Manager

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead client accounting services, oversee financial reporting, and support our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building client relationships, improving processes, and helping businesses succeed.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple accounting engagements
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee bookkeeping and accounting staff
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Must have strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft products and accounting software in general
- Must have strong background in payroll compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
