To support consumers in managing their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Bilingual Collections Specialist will engage in empathetic conversations, offer payment solutions, and handle a high volume of calls while working from home. Key responsibilities: Assist consumers in understanding their accounts and provide suitable payment options Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while accurately documenting interactions Achieve performance goals with ongoing support and coaching Required qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred A reliable and detail-oriented work style Ability to navigate sensitive conversations and build trust with consumers
