Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

• Provide therapy services for individuals, couples, and families, applying various treatment modalities based on individual client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Engage in regular case consultations and multi-disciplinary team meetings to enhance treatment planning and ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LMFT licensure in the state of Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n
