Anesthesia Technician I

Job Description Summary The Anesthesia Technician reports to the Anesthesia Technician Supervisor and works under limited supervision. The Technician assists licensed anesthesia providers in preparing and maintaining patient monitoring devices and anesthesia delivery systems, assembling and applying equipment and supplies needed for anesthesia administration, and providing technical and supportive patient care during procedures for patients ranging from young adults to geriatrics. Responsibilities Assist in preparation and maintenance of patient monitoring devices. Assist in assembly and application of anesthesia delivery equipment. Assist anesthesiologists, residents, and CRNAs during anesthetic procedures. Perform technical and supportive patient care tasks in operating rooms.
