Perform EVH/vein harvesting, endoscopic radial artery harvesting, and SFA exposure. Manage sternotomy closure and chest tube placement. Provide critical care management in the CV ICU, including pre- and post-operative care. Perform arterial/venous sheath placement and central venous line placement, and manage Impella devices.
