What You'll Do:

• Assist in complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries including CABG, valve repair/replacement, and open-heart procedures
• Demonstrate independent abilities in EVH vein harvesting and arterial procedures
• Support pre- and post-operative patient care in CV ICU and surgical units
• Manage critical care patients with procedures such as Impella, chest tube insertion, and central line placement
• Collaborate with surgical teams on sternotomy closure and vascular access procedures
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with facility protocols during all surgical interventions

What You Need:

• Active Physician Assistant license in Tennessee or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in cardiovascular or thoracic surgical support
• Proficiency in managing critical care patients and performing specialized procedures (e.g., EVH, Impella)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
