Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources to inform personalized treatment approaches.

• Administer individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices to foster healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with your multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to develop and execute cohesive, client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to promote community and shared healing experiences among clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring clients' safety and well-being at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client demographic, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.
