Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples and individuals, using various evidence-based strategies tailored to meet each patient's unique needs.

• Facilitating discussions and interventions that address issues including but not limited to family conflict, grief and loss, job stress, and blended family dynamics.

• Developing treatment plans that focus on the well-being of both individuals and their families, ensuring a holistic approach to therapy.

• Documenting progress and any changes in patient status in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support across different levels of mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adults to children and adolescents. Your expertise will be vital in addressing mental health challenges related to:
