Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the emotional well-being of families and individuals. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and creating individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitating couples therapy sessions and individual sessions to address relationship dynamics.
\n
• Tackling complex family issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological stress, grief and loss, and communication failures.

• Providing support for blended families adapting to new dynamics, and assisting with separation and divorce adjustment.

• Ensuring family therapy sessions address topics such as job stress, conflicts among family members, and medical issues.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to track and monitor patient outcomes effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a broad range of patients, including adults and children/adolescents experiencing various challenges. You will collaborate with them to promote healing and develop resilience in their personal and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, ensuring a strong understanding of the theoretical foundations of therapy.

• A valid, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
