- Supporting strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and high-quality client service within the Personal Lines practice
- Partnering with Account Managers and Producers to support daily servicing activities and workflow execution
- Managing functional workflows related to quoting, policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and issuance of new policies
- Completing quotes using comparative rating tools and carrier websites
- Processing policy endorsements, cancellations, proof of insurance, and "what-if" quotes on behalf of team members
- Performing daily system downloads and maintaining accurate records in agency systems
- Supporting administrative and operational tasks that ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Participating in self-study, webinars, and one-on-one training to build technical knowledge and prepare for advancement
- Analyzing information to support accurate coverage placement and service outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, insurance regulations, and internal workflows
- Contributing to a collaborative culture that supports colleagues across Alera Group's national network
- Experience in a client service, administrative, or insurance support role preferred
- Basic knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency systems used within the Personal Lines function
- Active Property & Casualty license for Washington state, or ability to obtain licensure within 60 days
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership for work quality and deadlines
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn personal insurance products and workflows
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance speed and accuracy
- Commitment to supporting a performance-based and client-focused culture
- Motivation to grow into an Account Manager role and beyond
