People Ops Specialist — Equity, Growth & Flexibility

Nscale

Nscale is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support the People team with best-in-class HR operations, employee experience, and scalable processes. This hands-on role sits at the heart of our People function, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and smooth onboarding through offboarding for a fast-growing team. You'll own day-to-day HR workflows, coordinate benefits and equity data, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to continuously improve policies, controls, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Nscale
