Team Leader Part Time Management, Kearny, NJ, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1154 Job Summary The Team Lead is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating high performance, floor leader shape, and a positive work environment. Essential Functions As an Assistant Manager with daily operations, activities of employee and other tasks as needed. Support business operations, policy, and procedure. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues involving customer relations. Oversee and monitor methods of loss prevention, which includes the protection of company assets. Assist with training and development of new sales associates. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a high level of integrity. Must have excellent customer service skills. Demonstrates proficiency in personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook).
