About the Role

Are you a skilled Oracle NetSuite Administrator looking for an opportunity to lead, innovate, and directly impact business operations?

As CHC's primary internal NetSuite Subject Matter Expert, you will drive system configuration, workflows, reporting, and business process improvements in close partnership with cross-functional departments and third-party partners.

What You’ll Do:

• System Administration: Manage users, roles, permissions, dashboards, security, access controls, and overall NetSuite configuration.
• Customization & Data: Build custom records, fields, forms, and workflows using SuiteBuilder and SuiteFlow . Oversee CSV imports, data integrity, and mass updates.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, reports, and KPI scorecards supporting Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Executive teams.
• Support & Upgrades: Coordinate upgrades, sandbox testing, support cases, and end-user troubleshooting/training.
• Integrations: Support core business workflows (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, WMS/Inventory) and integrations with CRM, payroll, 3PL, and eCommerce platforms using SuiteTalk or middleware tools.

Qualifications

Required:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business (or equivalent experience) AND 3 to 5 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite administration experience.
• Functional Knowledge: Proven experience supporting Accounting, Operations, Sales, or Purchasing workflows (specifically Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay).
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on skill with Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards, user administration, and Microsoft Excel.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred (Bonus Points!):

• NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or SuiteAnalytics Certification.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution industries.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript/JavaScript, SQL, or middleware platforms (Celigo, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, etc.).
• Experience creating SOPs and user training documentation.
