Account Representative

The Account Representative will act as a point of contact for the customers. This position will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with the customer, always striving to find the product that best fit the customer needs. This position works with other departments to ensure customer needs are meet in a timely manner.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Serve as a main point of contact in all matters to client concerns and needs
• Coordinate with sales team by managing sales orders, quotes, and filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
• Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving customer experience
• Make outbound calls to existing customer base reviewing potential opportunities
• Promotion of our products to new and existing clients through daily calling and walk-ins
• Proactively remain connected to clients and engage on a regular effective basis in a given territory
• Must be able to work with limited supervision in an extremely fast paced environment, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism
• Create sales order, PO's to vendors, handle lease documents and submit completed sales orders for allied to accounting to invoice with POD, PO's and supporting files
• Work with the outside sales team to ensure upsell opportunities and increase overall value
• Meet and exceed sales KPI metrics for emails, calls, and meetings
• Provide clients and prospects with detailed proposals and consultations via phone and email
• Performs other duties as needed

• Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required.

Education And Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree/High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of related experience and execution of similar duties
• Previous experience with NetSuite or other sales software.
• Proficient in MS Office
