Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Blissful Thoughts, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, couples experiencing relational issues, and families in need of support. Special considerations are given to clinicians who can effectively provide culturally competent care to clients of color and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

  • Current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapy with individuals, couples, and families.

  • Experience addressing mental health issues among a broad demographic, with a focus on inclusivity and diversity in treatment approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience with trauma-informed care and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

  • Additional training or certifications in specialized areas such as addiction treatment, play therapy, or marriage counseling is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus!
