This position will handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks and Excel. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableCreate and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balancesProcess vendor bills and paymentsReconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and company transactionsMaintain accurate financial records in QuickBooksTrack job costs, service tickets, and project expensesEnter payroll information and assist with payroll processingPrepare financial reports and spreadsheets using ExcelMaintain organized digital and physical recordsCommunicate with customers and vendors regarding billing and paymentsAssist office staff and management with administrative tasks as neededRequirementsPrevious bookkeeping or accounting experienceWorking knowledge of QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, spreadsheets)High attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesGood communication and customer service skillsReliable attendance and punctuality
