Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at Realty of America. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and nurture leads, conduct virtual and in‑person consultations, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include managing property listings, coordinating showings, preparing and reviewing contracts, and supporting clients through negotiations and closing. The agent will leverage ROA’s technology platforms and tools to manage transactions, maintain accurate records, and stay current on market trends. Collaboration with internal support teams and participation in ongoing training and development programs are integral to this role. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices. Experience in Sales with a focus on real estate transactions, lead generation, and conversion. Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and client relationship management. Understanding of Real Property concepts, local market conditions, and relevant regulations. Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and effective time management skills. Ability to use digital tools and CRM platforms for client management, marketing, and transaction coordination. Ethical, detail‑oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
