Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor overseeing daily maintenance operations for production facility, ensuring all manufacturing equipment, building systems, and support infrastructure operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians, drives preventive maintenance programs, supports aerospace‑grade quality standards, and partners closely with Production, Engineering, and EHS to maintain a high‑performance, zero‑downtime environment. Responsibilities Enforce safety standards , OSHA regulations, and facility procedures across all maintenance activities. Ensure maintenance work supports AS9100/ISO quality requirements and aerospace manufacturing standards. Conduct safety audits, lockout/tagout oversight, and incident investigations when needed. Supervise, schedule, and direct a team of maintenance technicians across multiple shifts. Assign work orders, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of repairs and PM tasks. Train technicians on equipment, troubleshooting methods, and safe work practices. Coordinate maintenance activities with Production to minimize downtime and support throughput. Oversee maintenance and repair of CNC machinery, fabrication equipment, assembly tools, robotics, and test systems used in aerospace manufacturing. Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems . Support calibration, controls troubleshooting, and equipment reliability improvements. Review technical drawings, schematics, and OEM documentation to guide repairs. Manage the facility’s preventive maintenance (PM) program , ensuring compliance and on‑time execution. Implement predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and equipment condition monitoring. Qualifications Education: Equivalent to high school plus combined technical and practical training comparable to a formal apprenticeship or associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology desired. Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: Valid Driver's License; Journeyman Electrician license preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience: industrial manufacturing maintenance experience desired; 2-5 years of supervisory experience. Knowledge: Maintenance trades such as painting, repair and refurbishing, pipe fitting, electrical, carpentry, millwright and fabricating. Familiar with heating, air conditioning, machine scrubbing and scarifying, and material handling. Requires the use of shop mathematics, complicated drawings, specifications, tables, and training in mechanical or electrical trade. #J-18808-Ljbffr
