About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, knows the PI case lifecycle inside and out, and wants to bring that expertise to a firm where it will be recognized and relied on. You'll work closely with our attorneys managing a caseload from filing through trial prep, keeping cases organized, deadlines met, and clients informed every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, from pleadings and discovery through trial preparation
• Draft, file, and serve pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documents
• Prepare trial exhibits, deposition summaries, and witness/exhibit lists
• Track and manage critical deadlines using our case management system (Filevine)
• Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel to gather records and information
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and gather necessary documentation
• Support attorneys in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
• Maintain organized, accurate case files and ensure court rules and deadlines are consistently met

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with personal injury experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Colorado civil procedure and court filing rules (state and federal)
• Experience with Filevine or similar case management software
• Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working directly with clients
• Ability to manage multiple case deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented mindset and genuine care for the people we represent
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required for candidates with equivalent litigation experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $45.00 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
