They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain client relationshipsTrack and record metrics throughout sales processMeet and exceed financial goalsUnderstand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledgeQualificationsBachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience in Less-Than-Truckload (LTL)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to harness financial data to inform decisionsWe are rapidly growing our sales team and looking for a talented individual who wants to be a part of a company that is looking to grow more than 50% over the next few years. We are a 90 year old family owned LTL company that wants to make its mark on the next decade. The position comes with a highly competitive package including a competitive base salary and weekly incentive plans that have seen some of our top reps earn over an additional $65,000. We also offer a company car or car allowance and an expense account.This position is a hybrid role focused on building relationships with potential clients and hunting for new accounts.
