Immediate need for a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mountain View, CA (Hybrid). Job ID:26-30461 Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Key Responsibilities:

• Own complex, multi-stage interview loops across various departments, proactively resolving conflicts and managing last-minute adjustments.
• Coordinate executive-level (VP/C-Suite) interview panels with high discretion and rapid scheduling changes.
• Manage candidate travel logistics, accommodations, and expense reimbursement workflows in compliance with company policy.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain data hygiene, applicant stage transitions, and pipeline tracking.
• Audit ATS data regularly to ensure accuracy in external and internal representations.
• Maintain professional communication between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team, providing status updates and next steps.
• Facilitate headcount approval requests and draft offer letters, managing the offer acceptance/decline workflow.
• Initiate and manage new hire background checks and relocation requests.
• Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate on solutions with recruiting leadership.
• Support and maintain recruiting process documentation and best practices guides.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2+ years of dedicated experience in recruiting coordination.
• Proven experience utilizing a modern ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or iCIMS).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: skilled in Outlook (complex calendar management), Teams (virtual meeting setups), Excel (data tracking), and Word (document generation).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate complex, multi-panel interview schedules without missing details.
