About the Role The Coordinator, eBilling is responsible for the electronic invoice submission process, including the conversion and maintenance of electronic LEDES files and the submission and administration of electronic invoices through eBilling Hub and specific vendors. This position is based in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, or San Antonio and reports to the Manager, Billing. Responsibilities Submit electronic billing invoices and utilize eBilling Hub to manage their progress until invoices are ultimately accepted by the client. Work as a team with other ebillers to ensure a seamless process. Maintain a log of all submissions and send timely reminders regarding rejected invoices until issues are resolved. Provide excellent and responsive customer service to legal and administrative personnel in domestic and foreign offices. Collaborate with billing coordinators to ensure proper policies and procedures are followed and develop improvements to policies and overall electronic billing efficiencies. Collaborate with the Collections Team to ensure aged electronic invoices are properly submitted. Collaborate with the Billing Team to analyze, identify, recommend, and implement improvements to electronic billing policies and efficiencies; utilize management reports and troubleshoot electronic billing issues. Meet with lawyers or practice coordinators to discuss electronic billing processes when requested. Perform other projects and duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate degree, preferred. Minimum three years of experience with electronic billing, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Experienced with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. SAP experience preferred. LEDES file experience a plus. Knowledge of eBilling Hub a plus. Strong attention to detail. Superior customer service skills and a team player. Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced business environment.
