Accounting Bookkeeper

We're looking for someone early in their career who loves solving problems, enjoys technology, and wants to grow into a Controller or Finance Director over the next few years. If you're organized, curious, and excited by building better systems—not just entering data—you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Bank and credit card reconciliations Payroll processing Month-end close and financial reporting Inventory reconciliation Vendor management Collections and payment plans Budgeting and forecasting support Build dashboards and reports Improve accounting processes using automation and AI Assist leadership with financial decisions What We're Looking For You don't need 20 years of experience—we'd rather hire someone motivated to learn. 1–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Comfortable with Excel and technology Quick learner Organized and detail-oriented Takes ownership Wants to grow into leadership Bonus Points QuickBooks Online Inventory or ERP systems Power BI or Excel dashboards AI tools like ChatGPT Process improvement and automation Who You Are Detail-oriented Positive attitude Self-starter Curious Reliable What You'll Get Competitive salary Performance bonuses Paid time off Health benefits (if applicable) Training and mentorship Direct access to leadership Opportunity to shape company operations Why Join Us?
