Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and intake assessments for clients of all ages, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, promptly addressing urgent mental health needs and managing potential risks to client safety.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Coordinate care and resources for clients across various service levels, collaborating effectively with partners, including the Department of Correction and other institutional programs.
\n
• Lead group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and therapeutic activities in mental health observation units as assigned.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
\n
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and interdisciplinary meetings, contributing to case conferences and treatment planning discussions.
\n
• Oversee and mentor social work interns or student volunteers, providing guidance and support to the next generation of mental health professionals.
\n
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by clinical leadership, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will encounter clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role will directly contribute to improving their quality of life and promoting recovery, emphasizing understanding, support, and collaboration throughout their care journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention strategies.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced telehealth setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth service delivery, including the use of virtual platforms for psychotherapy.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical documentation tools.

• Previous experience working with specific populations, such as children or individuals involved in the criminal justice system, is a plus.

• Exposure to community mental health resources and the ability to navigate referral networks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a robust benefits package, which includes:
