•Must have 3 to 5 yrs experience working as a paralegal or legal secretary Required 3 Years

•Proficient using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Required 3 Years

•Experience preparing legal documents and subpoenas Required 3 Years

•Experience preparing discovery requests and scheduling hearings, trials and depositions Required 3 Years

•Experience formatting, finalizing, typing and filing documents Required 3 Years

•Experience preparing letters and legal documents from drafts Required 3 Years

•Experience filing pleadings and motions with appropriate tribunals Required 3 Years

•Experience managing executive management daily calendars Required 2 Years

•Experience managing travel arrangements Required 1 Years

•Experience working in the Florida Courts systems Highly desired

•Client is looking for a paralegal/legal secretary with 3-5 yrs experience who is familiar with the Florida court systems and working with 3-4 attorneys.

•Must have experience filing documents with the court, contacting judge assistance, manage attorney case files, attorney calendars and knowledge of general court systems.
