Paralegal Legal Assistant

Title: Paralegal Legal Assistant
Location: 3900 Commonwealth Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida 32399
Work Arrangement : Onsite
Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate Range: $20-$30/hr on W2
- Must have 3 to 5 yrs experience working as a paralegal or legal secretary
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience preparing legal documents and subpoenas
- Experience preparing discovery requests and scheduling hearings, trials and depositions
- Experience formatting, finalizing, typing and filing documents
- Experience preparing letters and legal documents from drafts
- Experience filing pleadings and motions with appropriate tribunals
- Experience managing executive management daily calendars
- Experience managing travel arrangements
- Experience working in the Courts systems
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Must possess at least a high school diploma
- Associates of Bachelors degree preferred
- Qualified candidates will be performing basic word processing, using templates to draft correspondence and creating documents.
