IT Governance Analyst

To enhance IT governance processes, the full-time remote IT Governance Analyst will develop and maintain IT policies, evaluate IT controls, and recommend process improvements while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Ensure all environments meet service level agreements through effective management and maintenance Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with requirements Continuously monitor and assess IT governance processes, providing recommendations for efficiency and compliance enhancements Required qualifications Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience required ITIL Certification preferred 1-3 years of technical experience in information technology or computer science Experience leading a team of analysts managing an Enterprise Service Suite Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks
