Front of House Service Team (Cashiers, Food Runners, Expediters)
Join #TheAbsoluteWurst Team! Dog Haus is seeking hard working, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our Service Team.
Prior food service experience is a plus, we highly value dependability, a friendly upbeat and fun personality, with the ability to multi-task with our team members.
Position Overview:
As part of our Service Team, you’ll be the face of Dog Haus—delivering a great guest experience while keeping operations running smoothly. Whether you’re taking orders, running food, or maintaining the dining room, you play a key role in every shift.
What You’ll Do:
- Cashier: Greet guests, take orders, and process transactions accurately
- Food Runner: Deliver food quickly and ensure order accuracy and quality
- Expediter: Manage order flow and package to-go/delivery orders efficiently
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Communicate clearly with teammates and managers
- Understand the menu and assist guests with questions
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing individuals with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Able to obtain a Food Handles Certification
- This is a physical role: pushing, pulling, bending twisting and kneeling are needed
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
