Job Description
The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing sales performance, and maintaining efficient team productivity. This role involves leading staff, managing inventory, and upholding company standards to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales targets
Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
Monitor sales trends and implement improvement strategies
Deliver exceptional customer service standards
Train and develop staff for operational excellence
Oversee budget management and expense control
Coordinate visual merchandising to enhance store appearance
Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
Create staff schedules to maximize coverage
Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback
Implement loss prevention measures and security protocols

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management
