Job Description Job Title: Lead Program Manager Location: Richmond, VA or Riverwoods, IL - Hybrid Duration: 8 Months + Possibility to Extend and/or Convert to FTE Pay Rate: $55 - $65/HR (W2 Only) Job/Role Description:
- This role will support the identification, review, cataloging, and processing of settlement-related legal mail within a digitized mail database.
- Review incoming legal correspondence and determine the appropriate action based on the type and content of the documentation.
- Identify and process legal mail including liens, levies, garnishments, and court-ordered holds.
- Maintain accurate documentation and categorization of legal correspondence within the digital mail database.
- Support settlement-related activities involving participants within a global payment network.
- Ensure legal mail is reviewed and actioned accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate handling and resolution of legal documentation.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail when reviewing sensitive legal information.
- Experience managing or supporting complex programs, operational processes, or business initiatives
- Experience reviewing, organizing, and processing detailed documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret information and determine appropriate next steps based on established procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Must be able to work onsite on a hybrid schedule in either Richmond, VA or Riverwoods, IL
