Jay Jarvis – State Farm in Germantown is adding a Licensed Life Insurance Agent who will focus on life insurance and financial protection for families in our community. You'll get a steady base salary, warm leads from our existing book, and the training and support of an established State Farm office.What you'll do:Hold needs-based conversations with existing and new clients about life insurance and long-term financial protectionRun life insurance quotes, present options clearly, and close policiesReview current customers' coverage to find life insurance gaps and cross-sell opportunitiesSet your own appointments and follow up consistently to build a pipelinePartner with the agency's sales and service team on referralsWhat you'll earn:$40,000 base salaryBonus and commission with total earning potential of $80,000+Paid time off for personal time and holidaysLife insurance401(k) retirement planWhat you need:Active Life & Health license (required)Property & Casualty license, or willingness to earn it after hire (we'll support you)Experience selling life insurance, financial products, or another consultative saleComfort calling prospects and booking appointmentsStrong written, verbal, and listening skillsApply today with your resume and we'll reach out about next steps.
